What is the Book to the Wind program and how can I access titles?

Book to the Wind is a program to promote reading aimed at transforming the usual channels and places where books and literature circulate. Book to the Wind also makes a commitment to the public: books belong to no one, they belong to everyone, so its distribution strategy focuses on ensuring that they do not remain in private collections but rotate once they are read.
