Participation in the diagnosis of needs and identification of problems
The Instituto Distrital de las Artes - Idartes welcomes you. We are an entity attached to the Secretariat of Culture, Recreation and Sports of the Bogotá Mayor’s Office. Below, you will find the section of Participation for the diagnosis of needs and identification of problems, which is understood as the involvement of citizens in the process of collecting and analyzing information to identify and explain the problems that affect them directly or indirectly.
Based on the petitions, complaints, claims and suggestions (PQRS, for the Spanish original) received by the Entity, below, we list the most frequent topics:
Topic | Subtopic |
Open Calls | Advice on the Incentives Portfolio (PDE, for the Spanish original) |
Complaints and Claims related to the Incentives Portfolio
Public invitations | |
Other open calls (non-PDE)
Request for assessment forms
Education and training | Artistic Training Centers (CREA) |
Certification of workshop participation
Training courses and workshops (non-CREA)
Nests Project - Laboratories |
Taking into account that the most frequent inquiry made by citizens is related to open calls, we inform you that at Idartes we have an open call area that is in charge of coordinating the open call programs, a mechanism arranged for citizens to access and appropriate the public resources destined for art and culture in the city of Bogotá.
The application to the open calls of the District Portfolio of Incentives for Art and Culture must be made through the SICON platform.
Below, we refer you to the link to access SICON and also a video with step-by-step instructions for you to apply.
The second most frequent inquiry is on the artistic training workshops offered by the CREA Centers. We suggest that you search for the courses according to your locality of residence. In the following link, you can find all the available offerings:
To register, you will only have to present a copy of your identity document, a certificate of affiliation to healthcare, and a public utility bill (electricity, water, gas).
“Your participation is very important to us.”
