The Regulation contemplates the registration and authorization of individuals and groups of a maximum of three (3) people.
- An individual is defined as a Colombian and/or foreign citizen, over 18 years of age, who individually carries out work with economic gain in the public space to be carried out solely by him or her. Participants must be residents of or domiciled in the city of Bogotá.
- Groups are defined as a group of people over 18 years of age, meeting informally, who carry out work with economic gain in the public space in which they actively participate in its creation or execution. These people must appoint a representative, who will be the channel of communication with IDARTES and will assume the respective functions for the purposes of the permit.
All members of the group must be absolutely available to assume the commitments inherent to the permit and be jointly and severally responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations and duties related to it. The group members must be residents of or domiciled in the city of Bogotá.
Commitments
- Respect noise levels in public spaces.
- Be aware that hospitals, nursing homes, libraries, schools, and churches require a quiet environment.
- Not to use elements that put passers-by at risk.
- Not to include children and adolescents in artistic activities in public spaces.
- Avoid obstructing pedestrian paths.
- Be responsible for the space used and the way in which you carry out the activity
- Keep the work area clean.
- Not to consume alcoholic beverages or psychoactive substances in public spaces.
- Not to use animals in the show.
- Avoid obstructing bicycle paths or exclusive bicycle lanes.
- Not to use elements that are part of urban, natural or built furnishings.
- Avoid crowds that obstruct pedestrian and bicycle lanes.
